These are suitable for everyone, but particularly beginners.
They are especially useful for people who have stopped a particular sport or activity but want to use yoga to stay fit, supple, relaxed and free of tension, and to give themselves a more balanced posture.
Yoga synchronises breath with movement. You learn to listen to yourself, which helps you achieve a better balance in your relationship with yourself and with others.
Individual classes are tailored to your own special bodily needs and breathing and coordination abilities.
The basic posture and breathing work helps you harmonise your body with your breath.
It also helps you to rebuild and realign your body, whether you have just started yoga practice or whether you have been practising for a while.
you can use an individual class to refine your postures and your vinyasas still further, and to help you to move through the second, third and fourth series.
